General Rules
- Pupils with proper uniform must reach the school premises at least 10 minutes before the bell rings.
- To acquire proficiency in English, English and only English is permissible within the school premises.
- The reason for leave of absence must be entered by the guardians in the leave of absence diary. Leave of absence for more than three days should be applied for separately to the Principal through the Class Teacher.
Admission & Withdrawal
New admission is open to all at the K.G.-I level. Registration of the names of wards must be completed within the dates notified by the school authority using the prescribed forms. Admission to other classes up to Class IX depends on the availability of seats as notified by the authority. Selection for admission is made on the basis of admission tests and merit. For new admissions, production of a birth certificate from the appropriate authority is compulsory.
Parents/Local Guardian
- Special attention is given to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline. Guardians are requested to co-operate with the efforts of the school authorities.
- By ensuring that their wards are punctual and regular in attendance.
- By ensuring that ward’s clothes and person are neat and clean.
Attendance & Leave
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next class.
- Leave applications must be submitted in advance via the parent portal.
- Medical leave for more than 3 days requires a valid doctor's certificate.
Discipline Policy
Zero Tolerance Policy:
- Bullying, physical violence, or use of foul language will result in immediate suspension.
- Electronic gadgets (phones, tablets) are strictly prohibited unless requested by a teacher.
Transport Rules
- School bus service is an optional facility. Parents or guardians are free to choose this facility or not at the time of admission or at the renewal time.
- Admission to the school does not mean an automatic permission to avail the school bus service. It has to be independently applied for at the time of fresh admission or at the renewal time in the prescribed form. Only students formally admitted to the school are eligible for availing the bus service. The school bus is meant only for the school children. Parents or guardians shall not board the bus so as not to cause inconvenience to the students.
- To start the bus service, students need to fill a registration form with a fee of Rs. 100/-.
